The EZM-V12 is a microphone condenser especially designed for singing recordings when the amplifier's microphone is using a vacuum lamp with 9 Multi-Patterns using a rotary switch made up of the microphone's power supply.
The EZM-V12 microphone is a copy of the legendary AKG-C12VR microphone that was first created in the 1950s, which Is one of the most famous microphones in history and is considered by many engineers as one of the best.
The EZM-V12 microphone is meticulously hand crafted by Moshe Etzioni using the finest electronics parts.
A 6072 vacuum tube, also from the 1950s, is an integral part of the microphone.
The capsule is a 6mm micrometer bras, manufactured by hand by Danish Tim Campbell who succeeded in imitating the original capsule.
Tim's capsule also fits the AKG C414EB microphone.

In a recording of Matti Caspi from the 80's (The End of the Day) recorded at the Triton studio, the AKG-C12 microphone was the one used with the great courtesy of the then director of the company, Mr. Sonny Shmueli.
